(1) Chief officials will receive four thousand nine fifty rupees and officials will receive four thousand two hundred rupees for clothing allowance once in three years when they go out of Nepal to participate in any ceremony, festival, conference, etc. on behalf of the Government of Nepal.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the officer of the constitutional body is allowed to take his wife or husband with him while going out of Nepal, the wife or husband will get half of his monthly salary as clothing allowance once in three years.
